-Support the delivery of tactical elements of vendors and the delivery of their services to Kantar primarily in UAE, but across the region too.-Coordinate and support the SLAs with all vendors.-Help with, in conjunction with Costing, rate cards for suppliers for SLA inclusion as required.-Collaborate with Costing consultants, Client Service and other required stakeholders for SLA clause customization for risk mitigation with respect to client imposed penalties.-Liaise with internal stakeholders, with the Manager, to deliver the outsourcing initiative in UAE and consolidate supplier / vendor arrangements across the region.-Ambitiously support the Quality Measures consistent deployment in 3rd party ecosystems aligning with IQC and AME regional standards for both off-line and on-line-Act as a support intermediary as required, between the Operations units in ME & Pakistan, Client service, PM and Vendors to continually improve delivery levels according to the agreed RACI through Risk planning, Issue management across the project lifecycle, Project review support where required and rudimentary KPI reporting.-Support in the coordination and / or conduct regular audits / reviews with all suppliers – including digital / panel providers in the region.-Ensures that the GDPR, ESOMAR Code of Conduct, ISO standards and Data Protection laws are observed across all aspects of Vendor Management.
