I have over 15 years of banking / financial institution experience in the fields of Administration, Corporate Banking ,Branch Services Banking (ISLAMIC BANKING), Operations, Front Office Customer Services, Call Center, Consumer Assets Liabilities, I am managing & supervising a team of Shahrah-e-Faisal Area Branches. Main responsibilities includes Administration, Compliance,Operations,Customer Service, Audit, Budgeting & Provisioning. I have also been involved in structuring & maintaining new branch in operation. I have successfully attend training and certification during my career. This has substantially enhanced my analytically, financial analysis skills. Before that I did MPA degree from University of Karachi the No. 01 public sector university of the country. With the help of the set of skills and education background I have, I can add value to the organization in the fields of Managing Operations, Compliance and other customer services field.
