Responsibilities:• Installation of AVAYA PABX, IPT, and Call Center Solution.• Resolve day to day queries from Client for AVAYA IPT to Ensure Customer Satisfaction• AVAYA SME, Mid-Market & ECG Deployment & Management• Implementation and Configuration of AVAYA Contact Centre• Govern and Maintain the Avaya Aura Communication Manager (CM), AES, ACR, Session (SM) /System Manager, MES, and IP Office 500 (IPOCC, Server Edition, VM Pro, Contact Recorder and CCR).• AVAYA Integrated Application Installation• Integration and testing with other Exchanges over SIP, H.323 etc• Ability to do CTI Integrations with 3rd party Systems• Ability to handle vector programming, call flow design and implementation.• Improving restructuring and upgrading Avaya VoIP and research for better and better.• Technical participation in personal development opportunities above and beyond training required.• Provide training to other innovators and clients through both formal and informal training programs.• Monthly reporting and assessment inputs as responsibility toward development within the company.
