Helping startups bring their ideas to market has been my journey and passion.In my early career Joining a startup as a Business Development Manager—changed my mindset for startup and the energy, agility, and culture of the startup world. This passion deepened when I joined Rocket Internet’s venture, Lamudi Bangladesh, as Marketing & PR Manager. I loved every part of it: the fast-paced environment, the cross-cultural collaboration, navigating the dynamic landscape between international directives and local market realities, and the exhilarating process of building something new on a lean budget.Since then, I’ve served in various roles—Chief Marketing Officer, Country Lead, Business Head, and Consultant—supporting startups at the earliest stages, often even before their commercial launch. My expertise has been honed in transforming ideas into market-ready products, and I’ve learned to navigate the complex startup landscape with a founder’s mentality, treating each project as if it were my own.In January 2024, I joined as a Program Coach for a startup acceleration program under the Bangladesh High-Tech Park Authority, ICT Division of Bangladesh. This experience has enriched my understanding of innovation, allowing me to quickly assess whether a business idea has market potential, if the MVP is viable, and whether the solution effectively addresses a real problem. My role at Pulse Tech Ltd. also deepened my experience in fundraising, opening yet another horizon in my startup journey.I know many people have ideas but do not understand how to transform them into real businesses, as the startup journey is not an easy one.
