- Responsible primarily for monitoring payables related to direct charge items - Overseeing Local Stores Purchases payables- Journalization of payables in ORACLE FINANCIAL payables module- Preparing Withholding tax deducted report on fortnightly basis and E filing the same- Preparing Reconciliations of tax account- Preparation of Sales tax input claims on monthly basis- Analysing items issued from POL store to Joint Ventures and vice versa in terms of their current market prices and foreign currency exchange rates and advising JV section to debit/credit a particularJV accordingly- Keeping record from procurement to credit and cash sales of POL operated filling station and reporting statement of comprehensive income on monthly basis- Journalizing fuel receipts of filling station and fuel receipts on different oil fields- Preparing reconciliation of fuel received from Attock Petroleum Limited and reporting discrepencies- Reporting High ups regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on monthly basis- Maintaining suppliers database in ERP keeping in view that tax amendments and other essential prerequisites are strongly adhered to - Guidance and training of lower staff and new trainees- Assisting in yearly budget proposals for respective section- Making arrangements for audit and accomodating external & internal auditors- Special assignments on as and when required basis by High ups
