Presently working as Manager in RI, I perform the following tasks by making use of intelligent data: - Creation of understanding of the business template (UBT) along with the flow of journal entries.- Development of expectations based on publically available information and last year’s available data along with management's forecast.- Generation of management letter based on findings by analysing Intelligent Data (ID).- Calculate key ratios and compare the same to industry data / last year’s available data.- Provide approaches to the audit team in order to have effective team planning events (TPE).- Challenge the traditional approach, wherever applicable.

Working as Audit Supervisor my key responsibilities are: > Planning and execution of audit (as per the requirements of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), local regulatory requirements and DTT Audit Methodology).> Review of financial statements (as per the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and local regulatory requirements).> Review of internal control systems and identification of significant weaknesses and recommending improvements therein.> Coordinating with various professionals such as other auditors, bankers, internal auditors, lawyers, actuaries, independent valuators and System and Process Assurance Specialists and decision-making in respect of critical reportable audit matters of governance interest.> Reporting of significant issues to the management and developing good working relationships with the client to deliver engagement expectations.> Providing basic advisory services to clients in respect of taxation, foreign currency remittances, accounting treatments of complex transactions in light of IFRS, compliance with corporate governance requirements and secretarial practices etc.> Reviewing work of junior staff members, ensuring that the work have been performed and documented in accordance with the required standards and providing liaison between junior staff members, engagement managers and partners.
