- Responsible for Primary and secondary sales targets achievement in terms of handset and revenue sales- Develop new outlets in terms of SIM card selling outlet as well as develop market/ outlet in terms of range selling.- Customer acquisition through new activations.- Ensure that proper documentation has to be done against the activation done within the time limit from the outlet.- Ensure timely & clear communication of any new product to trade as well as proper knowledge of the product to our trade partners/ Distributors, Sales team, & Dealers/ retailers.- Ensure product placement & proper visibility of products in the market.- Distribute Sales target to distributor wise/ Beat wise and analyze the target Vs achievement every on a weekly/ monthly basis.- Tracking of the market in terms of competition activity, counter share management, and getting market feedback.- Time to time Develop and coach the Distributor sales team.- Regular coordinate with various support departments for MIS sharing and other coordination.
