Responsible for full export, Import, Logistics and Marketing activities of the Group , including communication/negotiations with foreign buyers , Order Management (OMB), contracts /Letter of credits, Banking (Conventional/Islamic) Export Refinance Part I – II , Forward Booking , FE25 , Treasury negotiations , Freight Forwarder/Direct line LCL/FCL Booking , Air/Sea Freight complete logistics activities negotiation/Booking, coordination/follow ups including supply chain with production dept & group management.

Accounts & Export/Imports)To maintain and handle the Ledger, Petty Cash, Sales Tax, Responsible for full export activities of the Company , including Freight Forwarder/Direct line LCL/FCL Booking , Air/Sea Freight negotiation/Booking and bank Reconciliation in a Computerized environment by using Computer Software's.

Responsible for Sindh sales As Area Incharge, based in Karachi, monitor daily sales activities, manage and supervise sales team, marketing survey, development of new dealer's network, monitor and coordinate existing & current dealer activities, preparation of weekly & monthly sales report for head office, responsible for daily sales collection cash and receivables from dealers. Promote and execute new sales promotion & development strategies in the region. Also responsible for regional institutional sales as well as retailer sales.

Hiring new sales team, conduct training of new sales team, monitor daily sales activities as well as weekly sales team activities. Prospecting of new clients and explore new markets. Also responsible for corporate sales activities making daily sales team activities report and performance evaluation reports of individual sales person of the sales team. Manage different sales development & promotional activities. Conduct weekly & monthly business planning meeting of the sales team. Provide services & follow- up to existing clients and corporate clients as well.

To visit different parties to negotiate with them for promotion of sales and conduct local market research & customers satisfaction surveys. Also supervise & coordinate with the field force. Keeping update record of marketing trend, assessment of future sales & coordinating with Accounts and dispatch department.

To maintain and Handle the Ledger, Petty Cash, Trial Cash, Trial Balance, Payroll, Inventory and Bank Reconciliation in a Computerized environment by using Computer Software. Responsible for billing & subsequent recoveries.
