Quality InCharge for the several projects:Project 1- Supply of 70000metric ton of galvanized welded and non-welded steel structure for 700MW CSP type Solar Park DEWA IV project, Dubai.Project2-Supply of Steel Structure support (Torque Tubes) for PV type solar park to DEWA V project, Dubai.Project3- Supply of Steel Structure support (Torque Tubes) for PV type solar park to Brazoria, USA.Tasks/Achievements• Establishing and implementation of the quality activities, procedures, and values for the organization.• Responsible for quality control of welded and non-welded structural steel used in CSP and PV type sol• Assist QA manager in implementing and maintaining of QMS.• Customer quality engineer representative for the organization.• Responsible for handling internal and external Audit.• Review Drawing, Technical Specification, Customer Requirements, and procedure for the projects.• Development of APQP, Control plan, ITP, Procedures, records, reports, and forms.• Devise inspection methods for new products.• Issue’s quality requirements and technical specification to the suppliers.• Responsible for First Article Inspection, PPAP documentation and vendor Qualification.• Ensure that all products are complying with customer requirements and standards.• Ensure that manufacturing process procedures are well followed according to SOP.• Handling Customer complaints and issues.• Manages NCR,8D reports by determining the Root Cause along with other departments.• Assure Production department meets the product requirements.• Assure Traceability and Identification of the products are maintained.

Production and Planning Engineer at VALUTEC, manufacturer of Carbon Steel Seamless pipes and tubes.In-charge of all the production and Planning activities.Manage Manpower, production activity, resources required for production.Raw Material Planning, Dispatch Plan and scheduling, In-process planning such as rolling plan, Tube Drawing Plan and Finishing Plan.Order Tracking. Issues Work Order etc.

Tasks/Achievements• Responsible for VDI, HYDRO TEST, ECT of the product.• Physical and chemical testing of the product• Responsible for acceptance and rejection of the product.• Ensure that products are in compliance with required standard and work order.• Monitor In process quality and Final Inspection of the product.• Ensure all reports and documents are maintained as per ISO9001:2008 and quality system of organization.• Ensure all work was done as per quality plan.• Ensure traceability of the product are maintained throughout the process.• Maintain report related to Quality.• Check quality of marking and coating of the product.• Ensure all gauges and instruments are calibrated.• Assure the quality of the product.
