Dr. Faisal Ahmad Khan the Chief Executive Officer of the Balochistan Public Private Partnership Authority. Dr. Faisal holds Ph.D. and MS in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He is a dynamic team builder and sustainable institution maker. Dr. Faisal is a Fulbright fellow and British Council's Momentum Award recipient. He has led teams of over a thousand members in attaining world-class recognitions. He has also served as pro-vice-chancellor and dean at BUITEMS University. He is also a member of the Prime Minister’s Advisory Council on Digital Economy. Dr. Faisal is also the co-founder of the Quetta Literary Festival (QLF). Dr. Faisal has built a diverse network of collaborators in the international and national technology and startup ecosystem. His core competencies include ideation and innovative solution development in a developing economy.Dr. Faisal is a Senior Member (SM) of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), USA. With about two decades in leadership - innovation, aiming for world-class, and promoting teamwork and inclusivity have been the hallmarks of his career. Besides professional undertakings, he is the founder of Quetta Going Green, a citizens' movement for the promotion of environmental awareness in the city of Quetta. He is also the founder of Honesty Mart, an initiative to promote trust and honesty in society.
