Plant Selection and Care: Choose appropriate plants, trees, and flowers for specific environments. Ensure proper planting, irrigation, and maintenance practices.3. Project Management: Oversee the execution of landscaping projects, coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets.4. Grounds Maintenance: Manage ongoing maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and pest control.5. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of horticulturists, landscapers, and maintenance staff. Provide training and guidance as needed.6. Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for horticultural and landscaping projects. Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation.7. Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations. Provide recommendations and updates throughout the project.8. Environmental Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into landscape designs and maintenance activities.9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and ordinances related to landscaping, environmental conservation, and horticulture.10.
