It consists of ensuring the performance & availability of the equipments, ensure good quality & services to subscribers, ensure quick fault repair ensure effective traffic handling etc.Work Description:(BTS Team) to carry out PDRM RMPnet Project new BTS & MR sites implementations for Sarawak Region as follows:-All 35 MR & BTS sites CME installationsRoll out RF & MW installationsTesting & CommissioningCoverage test/ Drive test for Sarawak RegionSupervising vendors/ contractors on site jobCarry out all aspects of the implementations in a safe and timely manner(Technical Support Team) attending complaints and trouble tickets from customers/usersTroubleshoot & Maintenance CCTV system.TUDM SPKB ProjectTroubleshoot & Maintenance TUDM PC’s system, printers, fiber switches, Lan Networks switches.Project KDN to install printer to all Office under KDN.

Provides direction for the successful completion of development test programs, and to ensure compliance to contractual test requirements through development and support of processes, plans and procedures • Generate test plans, procedures, and work instructions from customer requirements • Setup and configure test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation as required by the test plans and or test standards • Implement and deploy test fixtures, testing apparatus and machines and verify their appropriateness • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data results through thorough documentation processes • Conduct and/or supervise testing by Test Technicians and other Test Engineers • Operate a variety of computer automated and manual test equipment • Write test reports • Contacting and scheduling tasks with sub-contracting facilities • Validate test methods

Responsibilities : • To integrate new NodeBs • Shall provide technical support in UTRAN (WCDMA) & WTD network system. • Provide initial investigation, diagnose, providing around work around and fault correction. • Activate and Collect the required system tracing (i.e. CTg, CTb), logs file, wireshark traces, alarm etc. • Involved in pilot RNC & nodeBs integration for live STC 3G networks.• upgrade nodeb 2nd carrier to 3rd carrier• To integrate U900 sites• Reparenting 100 sites• Nodeb swapped for 200 sites

To manage & ensure the availability of 2G and 3G Network Ericssion (BTS, Node B, CME & Link) for Kuching & Sri Aman area. It consists Of ensuring the performance & availability of the equipments, ensure good quality & services to subscribers, ensure quick fault repairs, ensure effective traffic handling etc.Projected Kuching Upgrade Project for 2nd Carrier and 3rd Carrier for Ericssion.

Task : To manage & ensure the availability of the overall 3G Network for Sarawak Region which consists of OMC-R/RNC/ATM/NODE B are adhered to as per set guidelines. It consists of ensuring the performance & availability of the equipments, ensure good quality & services to subscribers, ensure quick fault repairs, ensure effective traffic handling etc.Responsibilities:• Carry out hybrid IuB implementation to cater HSDPA usage over IP• Handle node B re-homing implementation• BTS’ channel elements upgrade and configuration to cater HSDPA traffic congestion• Handle E1 upgrade/ downgrade activities on node B’s for HSDPA activation and bandwidth expansion • Upgrade the existing single carrier cells BTS to dual carrier cells BTS• Commission and integrate NORTEL 9370-RNC• BTS 2nd carrier and 3rd carrier upgrade implementation from macro BTS to d2U-TRDU BTS• Create and configure Iu-b cross-connections for x-Nortel node B on ATM A7670 transport node • Integrate NORTEL Node B (BTS 12010/ 12020 /9311 v2 Indoor and Outdoor Family/ microBTS/ D2U with RRH/TRDU) for 3G networks roll-out via UMTS W-NMS platform • Create work order (WO) with WiPS 5.0-WiPS 5.2 offline tool for theo Creation of new node B sites and neighbor relations based on provided CDD and CIQo Upgrading/ downgrading E1 configurationo TMA/ HSDPA/ HSUPA 2nd carrier cells activationo Networks parameter tuning• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on xNortel RNC/ BTS• Check alarm for TN Huawei.• Application of Alcatel NMS5620 transport node for ATM A7670 configuration and troubleshooting.

Task/Duties/Responsibilities:To manage and maintain daily operation of PDGGT & KCHGT to provide continuous service and coverage throughout the region with minimum interruption on the overall network performance.To maintain and ensure functionality of the overall ETAC Network for Sarawak Region which consists of SRMX Switch are adhered to as per set guidelines. To maintain & monitor the operations & maintenance of the overall ETAC Network performance. It consists of ensuring the performance & availability of the exchanges, ensure good quality & services to subscribers, ensure quick fault repairs, ensure effective traffic handling etc.

Task : RNCC : Doing monitoring & escalation of any failures pertaining network to relevant party comprises Switch/Mobile access/Power/Transmission/Data. Network Administration : To entertain any complaints pertaining network and doing the troubleshooting and escalation to other units for further investigation.
