prepare material and cost estimation of the required materials and equipment properly, Liaison with Supply Chain Management for smooth delivery of construction materials & Ensure availability of construction Materials, prepare and maintain official records, preparing monthly records and progress report, Coordinating with all the departments that are involved in the project, scrutinize bills submitted by contractors, Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure construction progress as per drawing and other relevant documents, Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design & specification, Maintain safety in all civil works, handle the large scale of construction team, take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.

Checking of invoices & contractors bill, Material reconciliation report, Control, supervise & monitor of site activities, Equipments Control, Carry the instructions from top management to site & submission of progress report including progress of different activities, equipment and material updates, Analysis of drawing & calculating the necessary quantity of material required for specific job, Take approval from the consultant, prepared mix design for required strength of concrete and deferent type of materials test to the ensure quality of works.
