Duties&Responsibilities Maintaining books of accounts up to finalization in a timely and accurate manner. Managing 2 offices and accounts assistants on financial level. Maintaining close contacts with clients and understanding their requirements and acting accordingly. Maintenance of accurate credit terms with the creditors as per company policy. Ensuring accuracy of the figures for sales and gp on monthly basis and cross checking the same with the budget and analyzing the reasons. Updating of client payment records as well as reporting aged debtors. Closely liaising with the client-servicing team and providing them with all the necessary details to sort issues and with the client. Working closely with the superior, general manager and partners of the company. Delegating work to the juniors based on different requirements provided by management, clients and suppliers. Maintaining registers for accrued revenue. Bank, supplier and client reconciliation on monthly basis. Liaising with the clients as well as the client servicing on the approvals and issues if any Miss reporting in sales and cost for accuracy in figures to different elements of billing.
