Assigned as junior QAQC Engineer for 2 months in main contractor company KEN Holding for construction phase of condominium at seksyen 16, Shah Alam, Selangor.Cadagan pembangunan 679 unit kondominium yang terdiri daripada:1) 3 Blok kondominium yang mengandugi: - Blok A (27 tingkat) 211 unit - Blok B (30 tingkat) 231 unit - Blok C (27 tingkat) 211 unit2) 1 Blok bangunan 6 tingkat yang mengandungi: - Podium tempat letak kereta (4 tingkat) - Villa (3 tingkat) 26 unit - Kemudahan3) 1 unit rumah pengawal berserta pondok pengawal(1) Assist in supervision work of sub-contractor for structural work, architectural work, and M&E work to ensure all work be accordance to requirement with safe environment work.(2) Assist in inspection work of sub-contractor based on ISO standard form to ensure all the sub-contractor work fulfill the ISO requirement,(3) Issues memos for structural work, architectural work and M&E work that does not comply the specification and requirement.(4) Monitor work progress of sub-contractor worker efficiency and productivity.(5) Attend regular site meeting with sub-contractor for match targeted schedule and assist in resolve site matters.

Has been involved in construction phases which been assigned as junior site supervisor (civil and structure) for 6 months at site. The project are mainly high rise building for service apartment (Hotel and condominium) at Kampung Bharu, Kuala Lumpur.Cadangan pembagunan hotel dan pangsapuri servis 40 tingkat yang mengandungi:1) 132 unit pangsapuri service2) 289 buah bilik hotel3) 12 tingkat letak kereta(1) Assist in supervision of all construction work project (Civil and Structure) and monitor work progress at site.(2) Assist in coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities for form work, reinforcement work, and concreting work.(3) Assist that all work that carry out by sub-contractor in accordance to the drawing, specifications, procedure, and in safe work environment.(4) Assist in preparing site daily progress, weekly site report and monthly report for project at site to match the targeted schedule.
