2018 - Present (Trade / Cargo flow Executive): ANL Singapore Pte Ltd (Regional Office)● In charge of ANL’s biggest service - AAX svc (Panamax) running 7 ports in her rotation with weekly container movement of over 4,000 TEU Southbound.● Managing overall 2 ANL’s services with total weekly capacity 6,500 TEU and 1 CCA service to ensure vessel fully utilized.● Manage vessel capacity and coordinate with country agencies to ensure weekly space forecast send timely. Consolidate and released space based on country’s requirement and allocation to maximized vessel utilization.● Daily vessel monitoring to ensure agencies adhered to their allocation and manage shortfall.● Close coordination with transhipment team and vessel planner to ensure load plan executed properly and terminal system updated correctly and timely.● Continues improvement in cost saving due to operational cost e.g minimized renomination cost, storage cost due to longstanding by good vessel planning.● Update and present daily vessel reports to ANL’s top management.

• Assist Finance Manager in Cost Control, Budgeting and Reporting for South East Asia scope.• Checking invoice before billed to customers and monitor the payment.• Handled General Finance task e.g. Disbursement Account, vessel operational cost and vessel reconciliation.• Supervise the Cost Control Team of 5 persons. • Manage request for Cash to Master and liaise with internal and external stakeholder i.e. Operation team, Money Changer and Master of vessel.Key Responsibilities:• Cost controlling to ensure operational expenses kept to budget and reporting done timely with minimal margin of error.• Ensure completeness Disbursement Account Vessel / General Account / Land Logistics Expenses Income are submitted on time in ECR (Electronic Cost Reporting)• Attend to principal queries on disbursement accounts.• Prepared month end closing reports.• Verify MSC ship management expenses and claims recovery from MSC ship management Cyprus.• Calculate SEA Demurrage & Detention commission• Prepare and arrange Cash to Master (CTM) with money changers and liaise with Operation department on CTM.• Review materials before sending to outsourced functions to MSC Malaysian’s data processing center.• Supervise, trains and guide direct report of 5 persons• Check and maintain quality deliverable from direct reports• Monitor productivity of the team• Enforce and guide team on regulatory developments and company/MSC policy changes• Robust back up plan within the team for tasks.
