With over 13 years of experience in factory management, I have successfully delivered multiple projects to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability in complex manufacturing systems.I am passionate about applying lean and six sigma tools to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction. I have also developed and implemented quality management systems and aseptic production standards to ensure compliance with international and local regulations. Additionally, I have been involved in scoping and finalizing vendors for project expansion, selecting and installing capital equipment, and launching new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
