Current• Working on Active Directory and controlling user's accounts.• Producing and presenting reports to senior management.• Maintenance and management of the Critical Windows-based Server Environment.• Maintaining up-to-date Antivirus levels on all machines across the Organization.• Managing and monitoring backups in multiple locations.• Hands-on with SAP server and Application.• Replacement of IT Infrastructure falling under EOL(End of life) policy.• Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.• System & Network upgrades both at workstation and Server level.• Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line with agreed budgets.• Supporting a multi-location IT infrastructure for several users.• Provide fast and accurate troubleshooting and rectification of reported faults.• Managing and controlling tickets received at IT Helpdesk.• Office 365 management Outlook Maintenance and configurations.• Assistance in deploying portals such as Invoice tracking system, Web-HR, and E-Tendering.• Email server management.• Assurance of IT Infrastructure e.g. Network and Servers Uptime.• IT Asset management.
