Ensure that jobs are completed safely and equipment’s are taken back on line as per the standard procedures.• Ensure at all times that steps are taken to optimize operating conditions and thereby minimize costs while maintaining the quality. This includes checking catalyst temperatures, observing and correcting gas, steam and water levels.• Participate in detailed operational training of new employees and reviews their training work assignments and comments on their progress to the Ammonia Operation Manager.• Timely and safe start-up or routine/emergency shut-down of the process.
