• Conducted thorough system integration tests for various commercial products and IT projects to ensure they were devoid of any bugs or issues.• Led an automation project using the Selenium library to convert manual testing processes into automated ones, significantly reducing testing time and improving accuracy.• Developed and implemented Quality Assurance Automation strategies to expedite testing procedures, enhancing time-to-market efficiency.• Utilized cutting-edge technologies to automate manual procedures and processes, minimizing reliance on manual testing.• Addressed customer cases and complaints received through IT systems, performing detailed analysis and resolving issues promptly and professionally.• Facilitated seamless communication between technical teams and customer-facing functions to ensure quick resolution of customer complaints and requests.
