**AlSirah Experience** An immersive experience that tells the story of the early Muslims in Madinah. I have been, and continue to be, a part of the pre-opening team for this startup.

As a Field Observer employed by the General Syndicate of Cars, my primary focus was on ensuring the safety and efficiency of the transportation system. I diligently performed thorough inspections of buses, meticulously checking tires, lights, blinkers, and other essential components listed for examination. This meticulous evaluation guaranteed that the buses were in optimal condition.In addition to inspections, I conducted regular field tours to ensure the absence of any potential obstacles or opponents that could hinder the smooth operation of the transportation system. Effective communication with supervisors and the preparation of detailed reports were also vital aspects of my role. These practices facilitated clear and accurate information exchange, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

As a site Guide, I was responsible for collecting passports from the office, visiting the pilgrims' accommodation location, arranging buses, applying identification stickers on busses, guiding guests to their designated buses, and ensuring the accuracy and matching of passports for a seamless experience.

During the summer of 2019, I had the privilege of working as a dedicated full-time receptionist at Dallah Tabiah Hotel. In this role, I acquired proficiency in utilizing the OPERA operating system while efficiently executing all receptionist responsibilities. It is worth mentioning that I was still a high school student during this time, and this invaluable opportunity allowed me to enhance essential soft skills, particularly in the realm of communication, at an early stage of my career.
