Mr. Samoo is a registered professional engineer (TX) with over 19 years of experience in the geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing. He has an extensive range of experience on various types of private and public projects including private, public works, commercial, industrial, school, and medical. Projects have included roadways, bridges, pipelines, tunnels, governmental offices, fire stations, slope protection, slope stabilization, water/wastewater treatment facilities, hospitals, schools, single-family residences, condominiums, apartments, commercial/industrial developments, and parking structures. Geotechnical experience includes project management, staff management, laboratory and field investigations, rock and soil slope stability analyses, pavement analyses and design, shallow and deep foundations, tieback anchor systems, engineering feasibility studies, shoring evaluations, property distress investigations and construction testing, observation and monitoring programs.
