MAX Group has manufacturing facility for various railway track fittings, power transmission line hardware, manufacturing of various Stainless Steel Products including SS Crockery’s and pipes. MAX Group is enjoying the reputation of number one construction company for Bangladesh Railway where most of them are foreign aid project. I joined in their Corporate Finance department in head-office where my main tasks involve:• Co-ordinate and ensure that monthly/quarterly financial reports are received from all entities on agreed format and timely basis for preparing periodic financial and accounting records,• Working with all kinds of bank document such as charge creation, legal documents, corporate Guarantee, Mortgage, Security, and FDR.• Arrangement, negotiate and manage cash/funds from different financial institution as per requisition of the different projects.• Produce and facilitate timely and accurate management and financial reports on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis for the projects.• Manage and control over financing cost and other charges for all funded and non-funded facilities provided by banks, and facilitate the undertakings when these sanctions are expired.• Responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis for projects,• Performs and/or assists in financial analyses, revenue analysis, progress report, variance analysis, and working capital analysis for the projects,• Prepare cash report which will include all major payments either cash or bank or contra along with opening balance, receipt and a closing, for all entities and all accounts.• Planning, development, undertaking and management of all activities related to developing proposal/bid, pre-qualification and submission for specific bids and pre-bid documents.This position is associated with:

Teaching the core subjects in Finance, teaching other business courses, arranging presentation on different topics for students, arranging quiz, preparing course outline, taking exam and evaluating exam scripts,

Teaching the basic English grammar as well as advanced level of English grammar focusing on different TOEFL books like Barron's TOEFL. Guiding students to be prepared for different university admission tests perfectly.
