1- To perform tasks and duties as directed by the P&MM.2- To operate the facilities in safe and prudent manner & Take appropriate action in case of any emergency to save the personnel company property and production level according to ERP3- To supervise all the operations and coordinate between departments to achieve the main goal (safe operation with optimization of production)4- To report the daily operations to the superiors and assist to take right decisions to maximize the production.5- Lead all the teams for all departments to enable them to achieve results.6- To liaise with work over inside the block and the other activities & make sure the Operations adhere to safety roles.7- To implement the DNO BMS & HSE procedures.8- Ensure that process modifications are implemented in strict compliance with safety rules & company specifications9- Strive to maintain operating expenditure at or below budget. 10- Ensure all the field materials, spare parts, fuel, chemicals etc.. are maintained at adequate level.11- Manage the affair of personnel in the field as to ensure all domestic needs are being adequately addressed. 12- Coordinate with NEXEN on regular basis to ensure adequate change of production and operating data also for meter proving.13- Monitor wells and equipment performance on a daily basis to ensure optimum operating conditions are maintained.14- Follow up the upgrading projects of DNO at Blk-43 like power generation by the fuel gas engines though providing all technical and logistic support and working to accelerate commissioning successfully all units.15- Providing suggestions to the top management related to increasing the efficiency of the plant, developing field personnel performance and future plans in the Block.16- Set short training program for the operators and maintenance staff in the field to enable them to understand the concept of operation for the units in the CPF.

1. Provide operational input and support into the specification, installation and modification of the plant and equipment. 2. Identify physical hazards on operational activities and recommend and implement appropriate measures and controls to eliminate or minimize the hazards.3. Ensure that at all times, all activities are performed in accordance with recognized industry codes and Standards, in compliance with recognized safety, environmental, legislative and certifying requirements and in compliance with DNO’s policies on health, safety and the environment.4. To prepare and review with engineering / project groups, criteria for best operational practice and loss prevention systems.5. To deputize as acting Site Supervisor as required.6. To take part in Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessments as required.7. To evaluate and minimize potential hazards within all areas of the working environment.8. To prepare and implement training courses for production operators.9. To assist operational personnel in their tasks of optimizing oil production, minimizing Plant and equipment down-time whilst maintaining a safe working environment 10. To gain a comprehensive working knowledge of the DNO Field Business Management System (BMS) and its Policies and procedures.

1. Start up and shutdown for plants and all associated equipment and machineries.2. Carry out all necessary laboratory chemical tests for crude oil and products and water treatment as well.3. Carry out daily routine checks to ensure smooth running for all equipment. 4. Optimizing process parameters to ensure maximum production within required specification as well.5. Organizing maintenance activities in the plant.6. Adhering safety regulations in the area.
