Pre Press Head : Headed the CTP department in Mumbai, and was also a core team member for All India CTP implementation and Installations together with Online Benders and Workflow system.Innovations : Dynamic changes brought to newspaper industry with the theme of Innovations in newspaper. Was the team leader for All India BCCL for various innovations in newspaper.ISO : Qualified ISO auditor and well aware of the ISO process and standards. worked towards ISO 9001:2008 implementation.INCQC: This membership ( International Newspaper Color Quality Club ) was received twice 2010-12 and 2012-14. Was the team leader in both phases and in 2012-14 ranked with 4th Place in the world.Production Coordinator : Also held the profile as production coordinator between the production and marketing team for the entire Mumbai plant.Milestone: Gave presentation in Wan-IFRA 2010 in Jaipur on CTP beyond making Plates.Quality Tools : Well aware of the quality analysis tools like SPC ( Statistical Process Control ) and Six Sigma and its implementation in various fields for betterment results. Project done using SPC to reduce the Newsprint waste from 3.75% to 2.60% successfully.
