Commercial Transactions • Negotiated multimillion-dollar resolution for PPE distributor against a State in COVID-19 procurement transaction whereby the State claimed non-conforming goods and fraud. • Represent a variety of health care technology clients looking to increase revenue through the creation medical practices and MSO arrangements to allow for federal health care program direct billing.

Primary lawyer for the Research Institute (RI), System Policy Committee, Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office, Pharmacy Department, and subpoenas and public records matters. Health Care Corp., 68 A.D.3d 1056 (N.Y.A.D. 2nd Dept. 2009), and Shannon v. Westchester Cnty. Health Care Corp., 76 A.D.3d 680 (N.Y.A.D. 2nd Dept. 2010).
