CurrentDevelop a business plan and sales & business development strategy for the market that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective targeting of sales leads and prospects.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.Monitor, assist and drive the daily update of the Company’s CRM system Assist the IT team for enhancing the Company’s CRM system and identify standard reports for sales, operational and executive usage.Conduct one-on-one review with the sales team to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales team’s sales and performance.Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales managers.Review, analyze and prepare proposals for tenders.Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP/RFQ responses.Drive the sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations.Be responsible and directly manage the UAE sales personnel team to ensure they meet or exceed their quarterly and annual targets.Determine annual plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team within the GCC.Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
