To guide the team by:- Build daily prioritization base on production needs and current situation.- Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements.- Encourage WCM activities (mainly AM) in their day to day teams.- Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution.- Provide trainings and develop newcomers.

OJT within Quality Department, internship included an overview of Quality control and assurance processes and procedures, site safety follow-up, scheduling maintenance tasks.

Internship included: projecting a Racing Kart e-car and its systems with 3D model, calculations, estimation of the total cost, weight and dimensions. The work was done in a team of same-level interns supported by webinars and tutors.
