Faisal supports and advises public sector organizations and academic institutions on mitigating some of their toughest challenges. With more than 25 years of experience, he has served a range of clients in the Higher Education, Energy, Finance, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology and Public and Government sectors. As a practice leader, he leads large multi-functional transformational projects and research studies that encompass a wide-range of services. His most recent studies have focused on various aspects of public sector and academia including strategy, innovation, education, workforce development, organizational culture & design, change management, stakeholder engagement, and information sharing.As a thought leader, Faisal participates in a wide variety of speaking engagements around the world and has been interviewed and quoted in a number of international business and trade publications.
