Be the main point of contact for customer operational requirements.• Managing deployment and schedule changes, adjust schedule and inventory changes accordingly in IntelliPlan.• Gathering client requirements for enterprise and ensure client set for ITAD and Depot projects.• Managing scope changes and develop Project Change Requests (PCR) based on scope requirements Including additional costs and SLA’s.Implementation • Responsible for project turnover and start-up to project delivery stakeholders. • Coordinate order entry and order management in CRM based on IntelliPlan outputs.• Managing issues and decisions to timely resolution.
