•Oversee the process of Ad placements and ensure best practices are being folowed.•Participate in the Vendor Evaluation process while initiating new partnership to fulfil any informative inquiry from the client's end to authenticate the service list.•Communicate and manage partnerships with first party Campaign Management, Trafficking and QA teams.•Conduct training for the team to learn the latest operations and to prepare new trainees.•Identify improvement scopes and work on the Task Execution Process and Resource Development Plans.

Managing and maintaining positive relationships with clients through clear communication and timely delivery of online ad campaigns. Oversee end-to-end campaign traffic management, including deployment, delivery, troubleshooting, optimization, and quality assurance, resulting in a high level of client satisfaction. Prioritizing campaigns internally and delegating tasks among team members while monitoring team performance and discovering training needs to ensure a well-organized and efficient team. Monitoring team members' utilization, performance, and behaviors' feedback, and resolving any issues or conflicts, ensuring smooth and effective team operations. Implementing a team goal plan to achieve team goals, resulting in a high level of motivation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:• Managing publisher’s inventory• Maintaining work with advertiser through a case system• Online Campaign management - Campaign creation, Placement creation, attaching ads, setting rotations to the ads, optimizing ads, Frequency Capping, Targeting (Geographical, Age, browser, bulk etc.),• Implementing click tag• Performing ad optimization• Ensuring accuracy of media plan entry and click tag implementation• QA’ing Campaign creations• Communicating with client contacts to resolve any media trafficking issues.• Receiving media plan briefs and uploading media plan on a platform• Providing weekly reports to the Advertiser
