As an Emergency Medicine Consultant, I am in charge of all the emergency medical team that provide healthcare to the patients. I ensure that the best quality healthcare is provided to each Emergency patient. With my leadership skills and clinical experience I manage all kinds of emergency cases. I provide inspiration, teaching, guidance and support to my team. I have the knowledge and skills to handle disasters including COVID-19 pandemic. I work with the Emergency Department managment on improving the quality of healthcare provided through the implementation of various healthcare Quality Improvement Projects and PDCA cycles.

As a medical staff coordinator, I was in charge of managing the Emergency Department's medical manpower to provide the best healthcare quality to Emegency patients. Futhermore, I act as a liaison between medical staff and hospital administrators, and manage their affairs.

As a member of this committee, I was able to participate in a Quality Improvement Project through reviewing the medical facility's policies, procedures and inter-departmental (Cross-functional) agreements that impact the healthcare provided to Emergency patients. Furthermore, we formulated multiple suggested updates to these documents and presented them to the Continous Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Department (CQI&PS) to improve the patients' care, safety, and satisfaction.
