I have over 18 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of International Student Recruitment and Business Development activities. During this time, I have primarily been responsible for the admission and recruitment of international students and linkages for London Metropolitan University from a number of countries, including UAE, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, the Central Asian States, Saudi Arabia and Oman, making it one of the most popular university in the UK.I have extremely successfully lead, developed and implemented the University’s strategy for internationalization and international student recruitment encompassing marketing and international partnership development. This included establishing and managing the university’s offices and staff in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.I also successfully established and maintained relationships with agents, feeder institutions, college advisors and other key stakeholders in the allocated markets. Additionally, I have overseen the development of new student orientation programs, as well as implemented various policies and procedures to ensure a successful on-boarding experience for students. I have also represented the university in conferences and exhibitions in the allocated markets.
