Worked for an integrated facilities management firm which specializes in providing sustainable and innovative FM solutions for clients within UAE. Headed the energy and sustainability department with a team of highly skilled professionals , my role was to look for opportunities to add value for clients to go the extra mile by integrating energy management within FM operations. This was done by conducting a gap analysis through energy audits and finding opportunities for clients to achieve low hanging fruits which can yield quick & effective savings. Also conducted benchmarking for all kinds of facilities in regards to energy , waster , waste and carbon and helped clients' realize how well their facilities are performing compared to their peers in the market . This promoted competition and realization if facilities are actually performing to the optimum level. We strictly followed the ISO 50001 methodology and used references from CIBSE & ASHRAE to make sure the analysis and reporting are in line with international standards.
