Information systems & communications requirement analysis & planning, systems & vendor selection for deployments including RFP & RFQ, and migration from cloud services, and project deployment coordination for smooth transition. Additionally, responsible for analysis, design and implementation of spreadsheet control policy, which included, coordination with department leads for proper classification, designing and provisioning of mechanism for storage, backups, and access control security according to identified classifications as per control metrics defined in the spreadsheet control policy.

I was responsible for managing IT and Computer Networks for Worldcall Telecom's - Wireless Local Loop project. This included team management with heterogeneous networks (Routing, Switching, Email Server, FTP, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Active Diretory, VPN and Linux machines in addition to employees desktop computing). The operation was pursued in two major regions including 38 cities with multiple branches and satellite offices.Later on the role became more diversified, as various segments (Broadband, Multimedia, Communications, WLL and LDI) of the company were merged for unified operations including ICT Infrastructure Operations.

I was responsible to keep the Cisco training lab up and running, with maintenance of terminal computers and networks. This included Cisco routers, switches, and required computers and software installations.Further, this also included giving training on TCP/IP & Subnetting and special revision training sessions for candidates preparing to take CCNA exams.

Worked as a Network Administrator. The job description included designing, implementing and maintaining the computer network running. Maintenance of software regarding medical transcription services i.e. FTP clients, Typing Tutors, Wave Players, and MT related dictionaries.Also designed a computer lab for training of Medical Transcription under the supervision of COMSATS program.

The job included six-weeks, extensive on-job training for Medical Transcription. Worked as a Medical Transcriptionist, with primary responsibility to process medical records data of patients of clients (medical facilities in US). Processing included Voice Recognition Software training, Manual Voice to Text transcriptions of Patients Medical Records and Procedures.
