Job duties:• Build relationships with partners across the bank to gather information and feedback on issues the business is facing• Conduct analysis to look for trends, identify outliers, and test out theories• Observe operational processes & identify improvement opportunities• Collaborate with senior members of the team through strategy brainstorming sessions to isolate a problem’s root cause, or size the upside of an opportunity• Assess and track strategy implementation benefits Projects:• Designed & implemented process by using DMAIC methodology to quantify root cause of fraud losses on ongoing basis, with resulting reports used to drive Fraud Strategy decisions• Devised QA program to review fraud loss files and assess decision quality and procedural adherence, creating scoring system and automated manager reports • Redesigned fraud call center validation strategy by generating more robust questions and revising validation process, resulting in ~$2M reduction in fraud losses• Analyzed receivables client contact strategy using Kano model, process mapping and client segmentation to identify areas for improvement• Developed capacity planning system using client journey mapping and stakeholder analysis to increase internal project efficiencyAchievements:• CAM Q4 Team Awards Winner
