AMAALA STAFF VILLAGE • Site Engineer: Implementation of civil works (blacksmithing, carpentry, arming bases, necks, piers, columns, ceilings, and supervision of pouring concrete).• Implementation of finishing works (building works, plastering, ceramics, paint works, and door installation).• Ensuring the quality of all orders of iron and concrete and all orders that will be worked on in the project and ensuring that they comply with the specifications and standards of the project and the owner.• Working on weekly reports, measuring the extent of achievement and failure, and developing all corrective plans when there are failures.• Hand over all civil works to the consultant.• Follow up the progress of all work on a daily and continuous basis, and ensure the regularity of work and the safety of workers.

• Performing initial site surveys, analysing soil, rock and other materials.• Creating engineering design plans using AutoCAD software.• Predicting design and construction time frames.• Preparing estimates of labour and material costs.• Negotiating with suppliers.• Supervising and reporting on overall project progress.• Reporting problems to Construction Managers and preparing reports for Engineers.
