• Finance & Accounts: Monitoring overall financial performance by providing timely financial analysis. Preparation, finalization and presentation of Books of Accounts and quarterly financial statements such as Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance. Handling overall activities of accounts, audit, taxation and finance. Maintaining accounts of organization, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and managing the finalization of the Financial Statements. Managing accounts receivable, payables and payrolls including review of current revenue recognition methodology.• MIS: Performing Financial Reporting and Analysis for business units. Presentation of financial reports with detailed analysis, monthly profit and loss, balance sheet, customer wise and segment wise profitability analysis, Consumption analysis, Variance Analysis, Inventory Control etc.• Liaison: Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund-based facilities at favorable terms to meet the term loan and working capital requirements.• Working Capital Management: Analysis of working capital requirements. Instituting internal control system with respect to receivables, payables and inventory as well as keeping a constant vigil over overhead expenses. Financial planning to ensure timely availability of funds at lowest cost.• Cashflow forecast and Reporting: Preparation of cashflow forecast report based on modeling of a company's future financial liquidity over a specific timeframe and reporting of the same to the management.

• Finance & Accounts: Ensuring timely preparation and control over financial transactions and reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Also ensuring that all ledger accounts are reconciled, and any reconciling items are fully documented.• Taxation: Managing Statutory compliances like GST payments, GST returns filing (GSTR 3B & GSTR-1) TDS deductions and remittances, TDS return filing and likewise.• Stock Verification, Valuation & Audit: Monitoring the inflow and outflow of stock and ensuring its accuracy, value and quantity. Ensuring that the adequate internal controls are in operation regarding its purchase, sales and storage. Conducting audits for evaluating internal control system to highlight the shortcoming and implementing necessary recommendations.• Internal Control: Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls, including structured controls testing to ensure Board approved SOPs are adhered to.• Work Allocation to Staff: Responsibility of supervision of staff and management of services of clients which included preparation of audit strategy, setting and monitoring budgets, scheduling audits, selecting staff and assigning work loads and financial reporting.

• Auditing & Taxation: Conducting audits for evaluating internal control system to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations. Assisting Statutory and Tax auditors of the Company in performance of their duties and doing compliance with their requirements during their audit assignment. Identifying the internal audit areas and preparing audit plan for comprehensive coverage and ensuring timely completion of audits. Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of Income Tax, Sales tax, Service tax and TDS returns in compliance with statutory enactments. Handling the Income Tax Assessment proceedings of the company independently.• Budgeting: Preparing, validating and updating Budgets (Revenue & Capital) and monitoring thereof with actual and analysis of variances. Identifying the areas where cost can be reduced, and efficiency can be increased.• Statutory Compliances: Handling all ROC matters. Driving regulatory compliances ensuring that all the compliances gaps are closed in a timely manner.
