A possible summary is:For over seven years, I have been dedicated to creating value and impact for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan, applying my skills and knowledge in project and program management, grants administration, training and development, and operations management. I am currently an Assistant Program Manager at National Business Development Program - SMEDA, a government initiative that supports SMEs through business development grants and training programs.In this role, I have successfully processed and facilitated over 100+ business development grants for entrepreneurs and small businesses, guiding them through the entire application submission process to securing the funds. I have also designed and implemented various online and physical training modules, collaborated with multiple stakeholders, and handled the operations and quality assurance of over 500 training programs across Punjab. Additionally, I have demonstrated my abilities in data analysis, reporting, research and development, contract negotiations, and risk assessment and mitigation. My goal is to leverage my expertise and knowledge in SME development, project and program management, and training and development to contribute to the growth and sustainability of SMEs in Pakistan and abroad. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities that challenge me and align with my values and vision.
