As a part of Ericsson MS team, I am currently working with the digital products operations and planning team which is responsible for introducing new functionalities, maintaining and optimizing the digital stack and to maintain end-to-end operations of digital products. Following are my salient responsibilities in this role:- Introducing and implementing of monitoring tools for smooth monitoring and operations of multiple products of Jazz Pakistan.- Overall management and operations of Business Support System including high, medium & low end application systems along with ensuring & monitoring the KPI’s.- Worked with tools like Nagios, ELK stack, EFK Stack and Grafana for enabling monitoring of different nodes to see the services visibility.- Risk measurement analysis & leading the capacity estimation exercises to ensure the systems’ capability of entertaining the business forecasted load.- Discussing the CR details and technical evaluations with the vendors and negotiating on their commercial proposals.- Discussing end to end flow for implementing digital products.
