For the last 4 years, Faisal has been working in various HR position and responsible for end-to-end HR areas ranging from Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, People Development, OD & Business Process, Industrial Relation, and etc. He also has extensive amount of experience in industry of Service and Tech, especially in SaaS products.From his previous exposure, Faisal also has a chance to build, develop, and maintain various HR system, strategies, & department; often from scratch. Highly uncertainty, urgency for trailblazing, & orientation for result are several of common challenge that Faisal faced in daily basis while supporting development of various startups.Those challenges molded Faisal to become a self driven, flexible yet initiative, & passionate person that always aims to build and develop things. [What Next?] is Faisal mantra & curse, that can only be answered by living both of his personal & professional life thinking & researching about what else he can offer for his environment & other people. Fully aware that there is a limit of what he can achieve alone, Faisal always communicate with others, gain understanding of them, validate their pain points, & collaborate with them in attempt of reach improvement and greater goods. He also understand the importance of implementing tailor made approach for every person, since each person is different.Currently, Faisal focused on supporting growth of one of leading Omnichannel company in Indonesia, Jubelio. As a lifelong learner, Faisal also tries to learn, develop, & get his hand into his vast amount of other interest.
