I am a determined, ambitious and hard working individual who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake. As an Operation Associate for Daraz l have worked on the shop floor for over several years. This role helped me develop my communication and Customer Service skills as well as my ability to think quickly under pressure. Whilst working at Genex Infosys Limited l have had responsibility for maintaining all stock levels, training new members of staff and organising our stores in order for them to meet their targets. These roles have made me excellent at handling customer relations and handling customer complaints
