•Create a website and assemble Arduino IDE program using C language for ESP.- This website receives input from oil palm fruits detected by a camera and processed through TinyML running on a microcontroller- This website can display the ripeness of oil palm fruit as output from the microcontroller. The website operates in real-time and is designed in a simple format to be easily understood by oil palm farmers.- Apply the machine learning model on Arduino IDE and connect the ESP to the website in real time.•Create and analyze a machine learning model to detect palm oil ripeness.- Collect and process data used in the machine learning model. Additionally, using data augmentation to produce a model with high accuracy using limited data and to avoid overfitting.- Perform model analysis using a confusion matrix to determine several training parameters such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score.- Conduct model validation and testing to obtain the accuracy of the product.

•Preventive maintenance of customer distribution substations- Maintain medium voltage switchgear to prevent the accumulation of scale and dirt that can damage cable or busbar.- Maintain 20 KV voltage cable and busbar terminal using contact cleaner.- Learn how to disconnect the cubicle from the electrical load and how the customer’s electricity is redirected during maintenance.•Preventive inspection of customer distribution substations.- Conduction inspection of customer distribution substations by checking Ground Fault Detector (GFD), grounding installation, relay, heater, contact cable between heater and distribution transformer, and Partial Discharge (PD) on insulation with high voltage environment.
