I serve as the DifferenceMakers® Program Manager at Communities In Schools (CIS) of Charlotte-Mecklenburg where I coordinate opportunities for CIS high school juniors to connect with community leaders for social capital and college and career readiness. Before joining CIS, I served as the Assistant Director for Multicultural Admissions at my alma mater, Randolph-Macon College. In my undergraduate, I studied business management and accounting, and had multiple internships within education which sparked my interest in advocating for educational equity. Today I continue to advocate for students and uphold the CIS mission to surround students with a community of support empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
