Support overall business plan through strategic talent management. Responsible for every aspect of human resources from the talent life cycle, managing internal recruitment teams, career development, employee engagement, succession planning and more.

The Transformation Director directs and executes CBU transversal organization development and transformation initiatives across the business. The role also leads the integration of acquired companies and organizational design activities, from start to finish. Directs and manages the coordination of CBU-wide talent succession planning, key talent/high-potential development, learning and performance management to achieve business goals, and create an internal bench of top talent. The Transformation Director also acts as a strategic partner and lead in key transversal organizational initiatives such as OPOVOS and Danone Day, among other programs. This role will utilize change management principles, transformation project management, processes and tools to drive these initiatives and enact behavioral changes, strategy changes, stakeholder assessment impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training and behavioral change solutions, and measuring effectiveness to enhance the organization and group performance.

Support the HR Department of Nutricia North America by handling special projects in HR.
