WHOLE is a research initiative within the Epidemiology Research Group in Organ Transplantation at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Its focus is to track individuals who have donated a kidney and record their physical and psychological outcomes post-donation. A Research Assistant's (RA) roles consist of corresponding with participants and primary care physicians to obtain pertinent information and gain further insight into the wellbeing of kidney donors. Furthermore, RA's are responsible for medical record abstractions and data entry to maintain a comprehensive database to ascertain post-donation outcomes over time.
