Responsibilities are two-fold: mentoring high school students, and supervising them in a work crew. This includes managing young women in running all of the camp stores; gift shop, ice cream shop, candy store and grille. A CIT’s role extends beyond the work place as they are responsible for leading devotions, running activities, and using their spiritual gifts and talents for RVR’s TNT Program.
