My experience includes the launch and sale of a fin-tech company, developed a saas product for TPAs, launched a marketing consultancy, rebranded 3 companies and supported retirement industry marketing directors with creating strong marketing strategy and collateral. Using my then 12 years of operational experience as a TPA/RK, I reimagined the operations of a 40 year old TPA/RK firm to better utilize their human capital and spent 8 years aggregating tech to compress processes. 20 years were spent in managing individuals and teams across the country. I sat on the regional board of Ellevate Global Women's Network and also served as a mentor. By invitation, have spoken internationally. As a single mom, I understand the complication of juggling career+life priorities. I've been rich and I've been broke; I've broken over 21 bones in my body and I've been a national qualifying bodybuilder. If all else fails, I'll at least be an interesting friend with great listening skills.
