Working in partnership with, and for, the community to provide advocacy, information, and direct services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

Manages the full cycle recruitment process for all open positions in assigned business and academic units which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating the interview process, interviewing candidates, conducting reference and background checks, making salary recommendations, negotiating offers and initiating the on-boarding process for new employees.Assist search committees with selecting recruitment advertising venues for successful hiring. Responsible for recruiting non-exempt positions from sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to consulting with managers on the evaluation and selection process.Administers the hiring process at the College. Trains employees on hiring policies and procedures, tracks applicants, advertises positions, updates websites, sets up interviews, conducts interviews for interns as needed, reviews interview questions, and acknowledges applicants.
