• Troubleshoot, identify and isolate faulty components, on rotating equipment’s, pumps and compressor, using manufacturers' manuals, drawings and diagrams.• Capability to Schedule and prepare the power plant spare parts and mech. check lists for preventive maintenance according to the manuals. • .Perform corrective, preventive maintenances, repair and overhaul on all rotating and static equipment including pumps, compressors and heavy fuel /diesel engines according to their manual standard.• Perform mechanical maintenance and repair on all auxiliary units at plant including, Heat Exchangers, Westfalia Separator and Fin Fans … etc.• Identify spare parts required for maintenance work from manufacturers’ drawings and spare parts lists.• Participate in commissioning of power plant project.• Attend Toolbox meetings to establish scope of work activities such as safety requirements, permits to work, special tools and materials

POSITION Mechanical EngineerI am working in 30 units MTU diesel engine type (16V4000G63*1.5MW)total 40mw . DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• .Perform corrective, preventive maintenances, repair and overhaul on all rotating and static equipment including pumps, compressors and diesel engines according to their manual standard.

POSITION Operator & Mechanical technician Working as Operator and Maintenance technician in 30 MW Power Plant I have experience in maintenance of CATERPILLER 3612 and 3616 diesel/ Engines. And I Have experience in( CAT*3456-CAT* 3516B) Diesel /Engines. Also I have experience in operation of above Engines.  16th-May-2009 to 12-AUG-2012 COMPANY Arabian Yemen cement company Ltd.POSITION Mechanical Engineer I worked in five units Caterpillar/Mak heavy fuel engine type (16CM32C-7. 5 MW) with Exhaust gas thermal oil boilers, and fixed with WOODWARD electro-hydraulic Actuator. Caterpillar/Mak is equipped by wastfalia separator GMBH mineral oil and heavy fuel centrifuge with self-cleaning bowl, oil automatic back flashing filter, HATLAPA air compressors , water centrifugal pumps and screw pumps…etc. More over me is working in 1.5MW Caterpillar diesel engine type 3516B.JOB DESCRIPTION:Report directly to the Power Plant Manager for the implementation & responsible of corrective (CMS) and Preventive (PMS) maintenance for engines and mechanical components.
